Harrow Street Pastors - Data Protection Regulation Consent Form

From 25 May 2018 new data protection legislation was introduced in the UK which gives you greater control over how your personal data is used.  Your privacy is important to us and we would like to communicate with you about Harrow Street Pastors and its activities, to do so we need your consent. 

We need your consent before using any personal information about yourself that you may have supplied to us.  This may include information such as your name or your personal contact details.

We will also need to stay in touch with you and/or manage your relationship with us.  We may contact you to keep you informed about the work that Harrow Street Pastors is doing locally, or that of other initiatives in the wider Street Pastor network, including news, events, meetings, or other activities that you may be interested in participating in.  These communications may also sometimes appear on our website or in printed electronic form (including social media).

Where you do not consent, we will not be able to use your personal data to contact you, except in certain limited circumstances, such as where we are required to do so by law, or to protect members of the public from serious harm. 

You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us via the contact details given in our privacy notice; however please note that if you withdraw your consent it may result in your being unable to continue any role you may have within the organisation.
